Emotions, health, tensions, depression etc. are the words people have been hearing mostly these days. While some people contact doctors and hospitals, there are people who not only believe but also practice yoga to cure these. When we meditate, we inject far-reaching and long-lasting benefits into our lives. We lower our stress levels, we get to know our pain, we connect better, we improve our focus, and kinder to ourselves.

Yoga is an ancient practice originated in India and now spread across the world. One such simple yet most effective meditation practice is Sushumna Kriya Yoga. For the benefit of community, TANA hosted a presentation and live practice session on this Saturday, January 22nd. Sushumna Kriya Yoga is designed to suit the needs of modern human world.

This mindful meditation event was coordinated by TANA Community Services Coordinator Raja Kasukurthi, Women Services Coordinator Dr. Uma Aramandla Katiki, Events Coordinator Srinivas Kukatla and TANA Cares Chairman Sashidhar Jasty under the leadership of president Anjaiah Chowdary Lavu and presented by Divya Babaji Sushumna Kriya Yoga Foundation.

Presenters covered various topics like emotional balance, begin focused, holistic health, enhanced intelligence, stress & depression relief etc. followed by live meditation practice session. Participants were thrilled and more engaged in Q&A session while listening to the past experiences from different people.
